Who do we need?

We need a total of 10 Home Health Patients, (caregivers can accompany the patient, but the patient him/herself should participate)
-
10 Home Health Nurses and Managers/Directors (approximately 5 each)
-
10 providers (Hospitalists, Clinical Pharmacists, Primary Care Physicians, and Post-acute Care Skilled Nursing Facility Clinicians
What will you do if you join the study?
Once you join the study, you will be able to contribute your insights and creative thoughts by participating in the following:

An online first round 1.5-hour focus group interview – where you will discuss medication use to obtain the best possible outcomes from their medicines.

An online 2-hour concept mapping activity – you will brainstorm to generate thoughts, label, group, and sort these thoughts.

An online second round 1-hour focus group interview – this is to finalize details for the deprescribing intervention.
What will you receive?
You can receive up to $150 in appreciation for your participation in this study.
