Educational Series at Ibero’s Centro de Oro (Gold Center)
We developed the educational series Charlando sobre nuestra salud mental y cognitiva (Chatting about our Cognitive and Mental Health) for older Latinos participating at the senior center Centro de Oro. The series includes topics ranging from normal cognitive aging to dementia and mental health issues like stress, depression, and anxiety, all within the context of how these issues affect older Latinos.
